HermesAI uses email-based authentication. You can use a magic link or an authenticator app — no password is required.

Check your inbox for the verification message. Once verified, you're sent into onboarding.

You can choose at onboarding time, and you can always create a team workspace later if you start solo.

One person, one workspace. Best for journalists, bloggers, and one-person publications. All Individual plans are solo.

Multiple editors sharing a feed, queues, monitoring rules, and integrations. Business plans ship with 5 seats included; you can add more.

Switching later

A solo workspace can be upgraded to a team workspace by the owner. Existing stories, drafts, and monitoring rules carry over.

You're sent to onboarding. The workspace is locked until onboarding is complete — this is how HermesAI knows what to watch for you.
